BlueBox Signaling System
The BlueBox Signaling System can control a string of WS2812 LED's based on commands from the DCC System.
Capabilites
- receive commands via DCC, LocoNet or MQTT (Wifi)
- drive LEDs of an attached WS2811 chain (color, blinking, fading). The chain length can be up to several hundred LED's, depending on power supply and required refresh frequency
- built-in web server for easy configuration
- built in DC-DC converter for power supply from DCC signal
Command Sources and supported types
Commands received via DCC interface:
- NMRA switch commands can be used to display switch positions or signal aspects
- NMRA signal commands can be used to display signal aspects
Commands received via LocoNet or MQTT (Wifi)
- NMRA switch commands can be used to display switch positions or signal aspects
- NMRA signal commands can be used to display signal aspects
- Button commands from remote buttons
- Analog values can be used to display value dependent colors or to control the brightness of the entire LED chain
